Linea In Vitro

Linea in Vitro aquarium plants are very young plants that are produced in laboratory. In Vitro literally means ‘in glass’ which refers to the glass containers in which most labs produce their plants.

Benefits of in Vitro plants

In Vitro plants are environmentally friendly and help protect nature. The plants are not collected from the wild but produced in a lab thanks to tissue culture propagation.

In Vitro plants are free from rock wool, pesticides, algae and other unwanted organisms.

The plants start growing immediately after planting and have less trouble adjusting to the submerse state than plants that are grown in a traditional emerse way.

Thanks to In Vitro plants the hobbyist will enjoy a broader assortment, more special varieties that are often not offered in the traditional way as they can be very had to grow.

How to use in Vitro plants

  • Take the plant out from the cup
  • Carefully remove the gel from the roots
  • Wash plants and roots gently but thoroughly with tap water
  • Divide the plant in 4 to 8 smaller portions, best with sharp scissors
  • Take your tweezers and plant!
